Tellam is a single-link referral collector for recruiters and hiring teams.
You share one smart link (or paste a short blurb into any chat); people reply
in plain words; Tellam uses AI to untangle those replies into tidy candidate
rows, attribute credit to whoever vouched, de-duplicate the same person across
referrers, and mirror everything to a Google Sheet or CRM. Inbound arrives by
smart link or email; there is nothing for the referrer to fill in but a name.
